چکیده

Abstract The aim of the study was to evaluate inflammatory tissue reactions and formation calcified after implantation experimental nanostructured calcium silicate cement (CS) hydroxyapatite with (HA-CS) into root canals rabbits’ teeth. conducted on four rabbits genus Oryctolagus cuniculus. After instrumentation irrigation, central incisors were dried filled CS, HA-CS control material (MTA Angelus). animals sacrificed 28 days. histological preparation hematoxylin-eosin staining, samples evaluated for intensity extension reaction; continuity, morphology thickness newly formed tissue; presence giant cells, materials particles microorganisms. Kruskal Wallis Dunn’s post hoc test used data analysis (α=0.05). There no significant differences in between MTA control. showed significantly better results than CS respect continuity (P=0.003 P=0.010, respectively). Significant existed (P=0.004) (P=0.012). Application resulted minimal response, similar more efficient supporting hard formation. best organized seen application.
